Ingredients of Cup Cake Mocca

  1. Inilah dari tepung terigu.
  2. Inilah dari telur.

  5. Inilah dari bak.soda.
  6. Inilah dari bak.powder.

  8. Siapkanlah dari minyak goreng.
  9. Kamu perlu dari air hangat.
  10. Kamu perlu dari Sirup mocca.
  11. Siapkanlah dari Toping: kacang sangrai dan mises chokelat.

Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment and mix on low speed until combined. This is a one bowl cake. Cool the cupcakes completely on a wire rack before frosting. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

  1. Mix kec tinggi gula pasir, SP dan telur sampai putih pucat.
  2. Masukkan tep.trigu, santan, bak.powder, dan bak.soda mix dg kec rendah sbg pengaduk agar tercampur rata..
  3. Masukkan margarin, minyak dan air hangat, mix lagi kec rendah sbg pengaduk agar tercampur rata.
  4. Tambahkan sirup mocca mix lg sampai tercampur merata, tambahkan toping kacang dalam adonan aduk dg spatula..
  5. Masukkan adonan kedalam cup, separuh saja ya moms soalnya nanti adonan akan mengembang. Panggang selama 20 menit cek dg tusuk sate utk cek adonan sudah matang belumnya..

Add in more icing sugar to suit your taste. Beat in the coffee liqueur and milk for a softer consistency. I also used the allrecipe "Coffee Butter Frosting" to top the cupcakes. Perhaps this recipe would be wonderful without this much oil. It made the cake heavy and greasy tasting.
