Corn Cake. A very yummy, quick and easy and NOT low-cal recipe I got from the MyFoodDiary.com forums. This is soft and served out of the pan with a spoon. Too soft to cut into squares and eat out of hand.

Ingredients of Corn Cake
- Siapkanlah dari jagung pipil/sisir (saya 285 gr).
- Kamu perlu dari saschet skm (40 ml).
- Siapkanlah dari tepung terigu.
- Inilah dari telur.
- Kamu perlu dari gula pasir.
- Kamu perlu dari sp.
- Inilah dari vanili bubuk.
- Siapkanlah dari minyak sayur/goreng.
Recipe Notes For Corn Cakes: This recipe works really well with either fresh corn or canned. Combine corn, onion, milk, with the beaten egg in a bowl. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl. Add corn mixture and mix just enough to moisten.

- Blender jagung tanpa air sampai halus, lalu saring..
- Kemudian campurkan Sari jagung dengan skm, aduk rata, sisihkan..
- Kocok telur, gula, sp, dan vanilli hingga putih kental berjejak..
- Kemudian masukkan sedikit" Sari jagung bergantian dengan tepung terigu sambil di ayak, aduk asal rata dengan speed rendah..
- Selanjutnya masukkan minyak goreng aduk rata menggunakan spatula..
- Siapkan loyang olesi dengan minyak goreng, lalu masukkan adonan kedalam loyang, kemudian hentak"kan loyang supa udara yang terperangkap keluar..
- Kukus adonan menggunakan api sedang, sebelumnya kukusan dipanaskan terlebih dulu, dan tutup dandang dibungkus dengan serbet bersih..
- Setelah matang keluarkan dari dandang, tunggu hingga dingin, lalu keluarkan dari loyang, potong" kue lalu beri toping selera, atau langsung dinikmati..
