This is an adaptation of a chiffon cake recipe from the mother of Yuri Asano, my co-founder of Harvest Time in Harlem. It has since become an easy favorite of mine for entertaining, especially after a large meal. - Mixer bahan B hingga kaku.
- Membuat bahan B : Mixer kecepatan sedang(gula dan kuning telur) hingga gula larut, tambahkan susu, kemudian (tepung, baking powder, vanili bubuk, greentea bubuk) yg sudah diayak, turunkan mixer dgn kecepatan rendah, terakhir tambahkan minyak.
- Masukkan ke loyang chiffon (me : loyang 20 dan 16).
- Panaskan oven suhu 170 derajat api atas bawah, panggang selama 15 menit,.
- Keluarkan adonan, iris tipis permukaannya, masukkan kembali ke oven, panggang dgn suhu 170 derajat api atasbawah selama 30 menit, kemudian turunkan suhu menjdi 160 derajat hanya api bawah saja, dan panggang selama 20 menit.
- Keluarkan dari oven, balikkan loyang, tunggu hingga dingin.
Combine cake flour, baking powder and salt well. Mix green tea powder in hot water/hot milk well. Add vegetable oil, green tea mixture, and sift in cake flour mixture in.
